- Gene Tech’s GAS series fully automated IHC stainer enables complete workflow automation from baking to counterstaining. The GAS96S-600 model processes 60 slides per run in ~3 hours, with a daily capacity up to 300 slides. It supports IHC single/dual staining, ISH (EBER), multiplex fluorescence, and special stains, featuring open primary antibodies, independent slide temperature control (room temp to 110°C), dual independent systems, and eco-friendly design. Paired with NMPA-certified reagents, it provides a standardized, high-throughput, and flexible pathology staining solution.
- The first NMPA-approved methylation detection product in China for tumor medication guidance. Based on bisulfite conversion and Real-time PCR technology, it qualitatively detects the methylation status of 7 CpG sites in the MGMT promoter region of glioma paraffin section samples, and is used to screen patients sensitive to alkylating agents (such as Temozolomide). Featuring high sensitivity (LOD ≥ 1%), high precision, and accuracy, it provides a critical molecular basis for individualized glioma chemotherapy.
