Product Introduction + Highlights
ShineRhythm®Cardiac Pulsed Field Ablation Device delivers ablation through a combination of pulsed waveforms with varying parameters, offering higher ablation efficiency compared to single-waveform approaches. The device features multiple built-in parameter templates and supports both conscious and deep sedation anesthesia protocols. Compatible with mainstream 3D mapping systems, it enables synchronized operation between high-voltage pulsed ablation and electrophysiological recording. Furthermore, its ECG R-wave gating design precisely identifies genuine R-waves, effectively preventing the occurrence of ventricular fibrillation.
RhythPulse®-PFA Pulsed Field Ablation Catheter is available in two types: loop catheter and over-the-wire loop catheter. The loop catheter is offered in four models with diameters of 10 mm to 25 mm, accommodating different pulmonary vein anatomies. The over-the-wire loop catheter is offered in 20 mm and 25 mm models. Notably, the 10 mm loop catheter is the world’s first macro-focal loop PFA catheter, which can serve as an alternative to linear catheters. Its electrode design incorporates a patented non-ablation insulated coating, which reduces ineffective discharge into the blood from non-contact surfaces, thereby further lowering the risk of hemolysis and minimizing microbubble generation.
AstraSpheres™ (Drug-Loadable Microspheres) offer rapid and high-capacity drug loading (up to 40mg per mL of microspheres). Post-loading, the particle size shrinks by 20–30%, enabling embolization of smaller blood vessels and achieving more complete occlusion. Featuring sustained-release technology, the drug is released gradually and steadily without risk of dose dumping, reducing side effects while enhancing therapeutic efficacy.
Ramus-Alc™-OTW (Balloon Dilatation Catheter) features a non-invasive soft tapered tip to reduce the risk of intimal injury and lower the incidence of vascular dissection. Its 30cm ultra-slip hydrophilic coating minimizes platelet adhesion on the catheter surface, thereby reducing the likelihood of thrombosis. With a multi‑segment gradient design in diameter and hardness, it adapts to complex anatomical structures while balancing compliance and support.
①The unique adhesive formula design allows controllable curing speed in the blood environment while enhancing the operability of intravascular closure.
②The visual design of the dispensing gun integrates transverse and longitudinal structures to enable precise adhesive delivery (0.1 ml), with clear visibility of all component connections for timely detection of injection anomalies, thereby ensuring superior safety.
③The red-light design at the distal end of the injection catheter makes the injury site visible as a red light on the body surface, offering navigation performance superior to ultrasound mapping, along with a shorter learning curve and simpler operation. Featuring most advanced high-voltage-resistant FPCB(flexible printed circuit board)electrodes and an inner semi-compliant specially structured balloon, the device provides stable support while improving adaptability and adhesion force across varying pulmonary vein anatomies. It integrates magnetic positioning, high-density mapping, and pulsed-field ablation into a single catheter for multi-purpose use, delivering higher procedural efficiency. Continuous low-rate perfusion via balloon micropores maintains constant intraluminal pressure, reducing the incidence of microbubble formation. Targeted energy delivery minimizes unnecessary discharge into the blood, thereby lowering the risk of hemolysis. ①Patented dual-steerable suction tube with ultra-soft long-tip dilator enhances guidewire attachment and trackability while improving insertion safety.
②The bidirectional steerable design facilitates navigation through the “Z-shaped” curvature of the right atrium-right ventricle-pulmonary artery pathway, enabling easier access to high-angle anatomical regions of the pulmonary artery.
③A distal large-lumen flexible thin-wall structure combined with a spring tube achieves a slimmer outer diameter, stronger support, and higher suction efficiency.
④A hydrophilic ultra-slippery coating significantly reduces catheter friction and the risk of vascular endothelial injury.
⑤Multi-specification design optimizes thrombus control, covering the majority of pulmonary artery diameter ranges.
⑥Three self-expanding baskets capture a broader range of thrombi, ensuring secure fixation and reducing residual thrombus fragmentation.
①The unique adhesive formulation is designed to enable controlled curing speed in the blood environment while improving the operability of intravascular closure procedures.
②The dispensing gun incorporates a visualization design, which combines transverse and longitudinal structural features to ensure precise adhesive delivery (0.1 ml). This allows clear visibility of component connections for prompt detection of injection abnormalities and enhances overall safety.
③The injection catheter features a red light design at its distal end, facilitating surface visibility of lesions under red light. This offers navigation superior to ultrasound imaging, along with a shorter learning curve and more straightforward operation. The J-shaped tip design offers enhanced maneuverability and greater freedom in vessel selection. The bilateral soft rounded tip ensures superior tactile feedback and increased vascular safety. Featuring a hydrophobic lubricious coating, the catheter surface is exceptionally smooth, significantly improving trackability. Multiple tip configurations: Various distal tip shapes are available to enhance puncture success rates.
Integrated “valve” functionality supports aspiration, fluid supplementation, liquid injection, blood sampling, pressure monitoring, as well as the insertion of stylets and guidewires, adapting to diverse procedural scenarios. ①The 8F‑12F bidirectional steerable design adapts to complex vascular anatomies, provides stronger curve-crossing capability, enables controlled tip direction, and allows precise positioning for aspiration.
②The 14‑18F large‑lumen aspiration catheter significantly improves aspiration efficiency for higher thrombus clearance rates, while its distal soft‑segment design facilitates easy “cross‑mountain” maneuvering.
③The 8‑18F standard catheters cover a wider range of vessel diameters.
